Privacy notice

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Alvric is a small company in its pilot stage. This notice explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What the form collects and why

When you request an audit, our form asks for:

  • Your work email (required)
  • Your company name, roughly how many suppliers you buy from, your main import category, and any note you add (all optional)

We also store the time of your request and your browser's user-agent string (for example, "Chrome on macOS"), which helps us spot spam. We don't store your IP address.

We use this information only to reply to you, decide whether an audit is a good fit, and arrange it. The form never accepts invoices or other files.

Where it's stored

The website runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that only Alvric can access. Emails you send us go to [email protected], which forwards to our founder's email inbox.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. This site sets no cookies of its own.

We never sell your data

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Documents you share for an audit

  • Documents are shared only after we reply, through a private folder we set up for your business. Please don't send them through the website or as email attachments.
  • They're used only to perform your audit, and never sold or shared. We use AI assistants from established providers to help read and match documents, with settings that stop your documents from being used to train their models. A person checks every finding.
  • We delete your documents within 30 days of delivering your report, or sooner if you ask.
  • An NDA is available on request.

Deleting your information

To have your form details or documents deleted, email [email protected] from the address you used. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

This notice is written in plain English to describe our actual practices. It is not a substitute for legal review.
